It is completely free to create your TempTask GWKS customer or subcontractor account. There is no commitment, no subscription fee and our platform is avalable to use flexibly as and when you need.
Customer accounts can be created in as little as 60 seconds and tenders posted immediately.
Subcontractor accounts are created with a detailed GWKS profile, containing the most frequently required pre-qualfication criteria, used for intelligently matching with posted tenders.

What type of work can I tender?

How do I post a tender?
Posting a tender to TempTask GWKS is quick and easy via our online process.
Simply select the packages required, the work location and approximate package value.
Choose the accreditations and insurances requirements for your tender list to ensure detailed matching selects only suitable subcontractors to receive tender invitations.
Add supporting documents to your tender such as invitations to tender, contract conditions, drawings, specifications, employers requirements and pricing documents. Upload documents once for your tender for access by all qualifying tenderers

How do I access a tender?
If you are a matched registered subcontractor to a tender posted on TempTask GWKS you will receive an invite to tender via email containing brief tender details.
If the tender is of interest and you are available to tender, simply purchase access to full tender details via our e-commerce gateway.
What is the cost to access full tender details?
You will receive brief details of tenders that you have been matched against via automated emails.
If the tender is of interest and you would like to access the full tender details, download supporting documentation and submit your tender, a fee of £10.00 is payable to gain full access to posted tenders.
Payment is made through our E-commerce gateway, provided by PayPal.
How do I submit a tender?
It is quick and easy to submit your tender with TempTask GWKS.
Simply complete the fields on our tender submission form with the necessary information:
